At this meeting, the University of Rhode Island Commission on Research and Innovation will release a report on recommending to state leadership specific actions that should be taken to strengthen the position of the University of Rhode Island as a nationally competitive public research university and a key institution in Rhode Island's effort to strengthen its innovation economy.
